An Apron made from a tea towel

On February 23, 2008, I attended the Cotton Corner Quilt
show in West Monroe sponsored by the North Louisiana
Quilter's Guild. It was a wonderful quilt show with some
beautiful quilts. As always I was inspired to complete some
of the projects I have going and found ideas for future
projects.

At the quilt show they had a Make It and Take It session on
making kitchen aprons from tea towels. They provided all
materials for this class free of charge. This is the apron I
made. It only took about one hour to make. Probably would
not take as long the next time I make one. I'm wanting to
make some more. I think these would be an excellent gift for
people. It's not too early to start on Christmas gifts.
